By placing an order through Fans Store, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and provide a smooth return and refund experience. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.


A. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– All items are eligible for return; we do not have final sale items.
– Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.


B. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@fansstore.co.uk.
  2. We will provide a free downloadable Royal Mail return label and detailed instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


C. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:
– The item is defective or damaged
– You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.


D. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for:
– Damaged items
– Incorrect products
– Faulty products

E. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns or exchanges.


F. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
– If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
– Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.
– Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
